Training eliminates the stress!

Body exercise is not equal to anything else! The fitness is improved, the strength increases, while the body weight and body fat are continuously decreasing……..Even the mood and the psychological state become gradually better!

It is important to note that the medical doctors recommend the body exercise (suitable to the age, the physical condition and the health situation of each person).
According to official scientific studies, the body exercise may play a significant role on the person’s psychology, since it reduces the stress and the daily pressure experienced by everyone, to reduce the fatigue as well (as strange it may sound body exercise relaxes body and spirit) and to improve even the person’s memory, stimulating at the same time its mental capability!

NOTE: Regular aerobic body exercise (of high or low intensity), may improve all the abovementioned dysfunctions (disorders) and to offer health and longevity to the person.
Even a 5 minute aerobic exercise per day may help on fighting the stress and its consequences efficiently!
